Tim Burton’s Corpse Bride
Before Victor entangles into the inevitable fiasco, we spot a blue butterfly that’s secure inside a lucid jar case. Eventually, we also witness Emily’s dead body incarnate into a swirling swarm of blue butterflies. Although Emily is the living dead, her inner conflicts intertwine with our flesh sentiments: the yearning for a person, an object, or a future that we may never grasp. Perhaps, the blue butterflies symbolise Emily’s spirit. In the beginning, Emily is trapped with the desires to wed. In the end, Emily is free to finally move on.
We may believe that fulfilling our greatest desires will truly complete us, but may be realising our greatest limitations will truly instead shape us.

I’d Fall in love with a psycho killer Barber, too if he danced and sang this way to me (Even if it’s about killing people and serving them in a pie shop)
